We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

Your 4 hours includes setup time, your event, and cleanup. This gives you approximately 3.5 hours of guest time with buffer for preparation.
